“I Only Hear Noise”
Having trouble explaining why you really don’t like a particular genre of music? Let’s take a different approach.
Step 1: Write down a list of everything you hate about the genre.
Step 2: Find a classically bad song from the genre.
Step 3: Write an original verse in the same format using elements from your list.
Be warmed, however, that even limited study of something you don’t like could lead to you appreciating it more.
